Reduced tooling costs
The E- FastBridges's travelling cutting head moves from side to side, making the use of smaller cutting tools possible, lowering overall tooling costs. The system eliminates the need for preliminary sawing, as the automatic feeding system processes full sheets and planks directly.
Tonnage & cycle time
With a tonnage of 80 tons and cycle times reduced from 1 minute to just 3 seconds, the machine delivers a major boost in productivity and throughput.
Fully electric
As the E-FastBridge is fully electric, it requires significantly less maintenance. In addition, no hydraulic oil is needed, eliminating the risk of leaks.
