Our Fast Wet Pulp XL is a fully automatic and electric machine with no oil. It therefore combines powerful performance and precision, minimal energy use, a silent operation space and no maintenance. It saves you time and money by increasing productivity and reducing labor costs.

Full Vision & Control System

Thanks to the Siemens PLC control system with touchscreen HMI, digital adjustments can be made within seconds, making pressure, height, and cutting depth control fast and easy. In addition, the machine is equipped with a full vision control system, enabling to detect material defects.

Key Machine Features

Equipped with 2 molding stations for continuous and high-productivity operation, the Fast Wet Pulp XL also features an automatic lubrication system for reduced maintenance and long-term reliability. An integrated automatic stacking system ensures efficient product handling, while the electric precision edge trimming system delivers clean and accurate finishing results.
